We were contacted by our client about a boiler they were trying to source. After some preliminary checks, we believed we had the right boiler to suit their needs in stock, at our Stoke on Trent offices.
After we went through all the customer’s requirements in more detail to ensure the steam boiler was suitable for their needs. Once our sales team and of course, our customer was happy with the selected boiler, we arranged for all the relevant export documents and freight requirements to ensure safe and easy transport over to the client in the UAE. Once the purchase was finalised and all the relevant paperwork was in place the boiler was collected on December 23rd and was soon on its way via Air Freight to a happy and grateful client.
