Mobile Plant Room

We were commissioned by Groupe Atlantic-Ideal Boilers to build a 1.000kW modular mobile plant room. Built-in our cutting-edge Engineering facility in Stoke on Trent.   The mobile plant room was built together with UK Boilers in conjunction with Mechanical Engineers, and J&U Services.

Mobile Plate Room Design

The modular unit was CAD designed with all the relevant equipment to maximise the space to keep the unit as compact as possible while still allowing adequate space for all the components and allowing for modular connections.  Once the designs were approved the engineering team put together the framework and started on the build.  

During various stages of the build, we invited the clients over to the workshops so they can see the progress of the unit which also allowed them to see the progress in person as well as discuss any minor changes that they wanted.

Once the build was complete and tested, the transport was arranged and the unit was craned onto the HGV and despatched to the customer.
